Construction Project Leader - Data Center Development

Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Location: Boise, ID Area

Salary Range: $120,000 to $150,000

As a Construction Project Leader at Cupertino Electric, you will be instrumental in steering the successful delivery of construction initiatives. Your role encompasses managing project activities, guiding a skilled team, and ensuring that projects are finalized within financial parameters and timelines. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, monitor fiscal performance, and propel project achievements through adept leadership and oversight.

  • Direct and oversee construction initiatives from inception to completion
  • Formulate project execution strategies and synchronize project timelines
  • Recognize and mitigate project risks, devise recovery strategies
  • Evaluate and authorize invoices, monitor budget discrepancies
  • Negotiate contract modifications, uphold client relations
  • Foster and coach a high-performing team

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline preferred.

Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in construction management in a leadership capacity.

Driving Record: Valid state-issued driver's license required.
