As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers, while aligning with Incora's current and forward strategy.
About the Role
- Maintain and develop measurement criteria, reporting to the department head on a regular basis
- Interface and communicate effectively with the rest of Incora's organization, providing updates on customer activities and new prospects
- Develop and close new opportunities that align with Incora's current and forward strategy
- Lead and drive sales, providing leadership within the department
Key Responsibilities
- Grow new business in line with agreed revenue and profit targets
- Input data into the CRM pipeline management tool, ensuring information is current and valid
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline commensurate with the annual sales target
- Visit customers and prospects to achieve sales targets
- Effectively communicate activity to the VP commercial
Requirements
- Solid experience in aerospace and/or industrial sales
- Knowledge of chemical management services and operational models
- Strong team player with a history of personal self-development
- Business acumen, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills
- Proven sales experience demonstrating pro-activity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
