Business Development Manager II

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with customers, while aligning with Incora's current and forward strategy.

About the Role

  • Maintain and develop measurement criteria, reporting to the department head on a regular basis
  • Interface and communicate effectively with the rest of Incora's organization, providing updates on customer activities and new prospects
  • Develop and close new opportunities that align with Incora's current and forward strategy
  • Lead and drive sales, providing leadership within the department

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow new business in line with agreed revenue and profit targets
  • Input data into the CRM pipeline management tool, ensuring information is current and valid
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline commensurate with the annual sales target
  • Visit customers and prospects to achieve sales targets
  • Effectively communicate activity to the VP commercial

Requirements

  • Solid experience in aerospace and/or industrial sales
  • Knowledge of chemical management services and operational models
  • Strong team player with a history of personal self-development
  • Business acumen, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales experience demonstrating pro-activity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
