About the Role

The Business Development Manager II will be responsible for maintaining and developing an agreed set of measurement criteria, which will be reported to the department head monthly. He/she will also interface and communicate effectively throughout the rest of Incora's organization, the status of current customer activities, and/or the status of new prospects.

The individual will be responsible for growing new CMS business in line with agreed revenue and profit targets in the region, with both existing and new customers. He/she will input data into the CRM pipeline management tool and ensure information is current and valid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow new CMS business in line with agreed revenue and profit targets in the region
  • Input data into the CRM pipeline management tool and ensure information is current and valid
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline commensurate with the annual sales target
  • Visit customers and prospects in region to help achieve sales targets
  • Effectively communicate activity on a regular basis to the VP commercial

Requirements

  • Solid Aerospace and/or industrial experience is essential
  • Knowledge of chemical management services and operational models is preferred
  • A strong team player with a history of personal self-development
  • Business acumen, along with Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential
  • Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent, within Engineering/Business studies
  • Proven sales experience which demonstrates pro-activity, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to priorities tasks well
