Job Title: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling franchise services in assigned territories, resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. You will grow and develop a customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow-up with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing
  • Build, maintain and service a 'top 25 client' list and provide lunch and learns and promote continued education courses
  • Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
  • Understanding, adhering to and promoting safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting

Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
