Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients by engaging with various business customers and prospects.
  • Focus on generating new fee income and deposit balances while supporting and retaining current Treasury Management clients.
  • Align customer requirements with services across all business lines and maintain robust internal relationships.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to Treasury Management initiatives and overall business strategy.

This role will also involve:

  • Generating commercial deposits and fee income from new Treasury Management relationships.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on Treasury Management products.
  • Conducting competitive account analysis and creating pricing documentation.
  • Maintaining strong partnerships with internal teams and actively participating in assigned groups.
  • Engaging in both internal and external training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Participating in community and business events to promote a positive image for the bank.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Required.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of Treasury Management sales experience with a focus on business development. Required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AAP - Accredited ACH Professional. Preferred. CTP - Certified Treasury Professional. Preferred.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable. Required.
