About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Environmental Sales Coordinator at Vert Environmental in San Diego. This key role will involve assisting our sales team with various duties, gaining valuable experience and working towards becoming a full-time sales representative.
As an Environmental Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing executive schedules, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings. You will also ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed, act as the main point of contact for high-level executives, and perform other assistant duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential.
Responsibilities
- Organize executive schedules, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings
- Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed
- Act as the main point of contact for high-level executives
- Perform other assistant duties as assigned
- Work with the Account Manager to meet sales quotas and increase sales to existing accounts and penetrate new accounts
- Communicate customer feedback to the Business Development Executive and liaise with other team members to resolve client problems
- Maintain strong customer relations and work to ensure customer problems are resolved quickly
Requirements
- Highly organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to start immediately or within 2 weeks and commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week
