Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to our sales growth strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the sales process, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage with them.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients and tailor our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our business development and marketing teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales activities and pipeline progress, providing regular updates to leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

A competitive compensation package includes an annual base salary of $125,000 plus commission, with a commission structure to reward success and performance.
