About the Role

The position of Real Estate Operations Coordinator presents an excellent opportunity to embark on a career in property management within a supportive and engaging environment that encourages professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Manager in daily operational tasks.
  • Manage tenant relations and address customer service inquiries.
  • Oversee front desk operations and assist with tenant communications.
  • Facilitate the preparation of monthly tenant billing statements and manage receivables.
  • Process accounts payable, ensuring accurate invoice handling and coding.
  • Coordinate building access for tenants and manage access badge requests.
  • Track and oversee work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in organizing events and seasonal decorations for the property.
  • Draft and distribute tenant correspondence as needed.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and documentation for funding requests.
  • Assist in vendor management and service contract drafting.
  • Support tenant move-in and move-out processes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage incoming calls.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on lease administration tasks.
  • Provide assistance in various areas as required by the Property Manager.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Yardi, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Chrome.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • A willingness to expand responsibilities over time.
  • A collaborative team player.

Compensation: $66,560
