Job Overview

Are you an experienced real estate professional looking to guide and mentor aspiring agents with a leading coaching organization in the industry?

We are seeking a knowledgeable real estate agent to provide coaching and support to new agents. Our program is designed to help agents gain valuable experience while contributing to the growth of your real estate team. This mutually beneficial model allows you to expand your business while fostering the development of future real estate professionals. When executed effectively, this role can establish a solid foundation for your long-term success in the industry.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 based on commission structure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on contract management
  • Instruct on database and referral marketing strategies
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Hold coaching meetings
  • Facilitate weekly accountability sessions with agents
  • Assist in contract negotiations
  • Engage in active sales
  • Teach advanced sales communication techniques
Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate sales
  • Completion of 10+ transactions available in the MLS
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong communication skills
  • Potential for commission earnings
  • Participation in ongoing training and events
