Job Overview

Compensation:

Projected earnings range from $80,000 to $125,000 based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate on-site property viewings with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Identify suitable properties that align with clients' preferences and financial considerations.
  • Respond promptly to all client communications to maintain high standards of service.
  • Conduct research on potential properties, neighborhoods, schools, and amenities to provide informed answers to client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with clients and listing agents to schedule property showings efficiently.
  • Follow up with leads and manage sales opportunities.
  • Engage in database marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Set appointments and master sales techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in or willing to learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Driven and eager for professional development.
  • A valid real estate license is mandatory.
  • Commission-based compensation structure.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
