Position Summary

Lyon Real Estate, a reputable and well-established real estate firm serving the Greater Sacramento Region, is seeking a skilled Property Management Onsite Coordinator to enhance our Property Management team. This part-time role involves residing on the property and committing to approximately 25 hours of work each week, compensated at minimum wage plus applicable overtime as mandated by law. The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for their own housing expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily and evening inspections of the property’s buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and reporting maintenance concerns.
  • Oversee the trash disposal area and coordinate with management for necessary pickups.
  • Engage with prospective tenants, showcasing the property and facilitating move-in processes.
  • Maintain a log of tenant vehicle registrations and report any unauthorized parking.
  • Provide lockout assistance and deliver late notices as required.
  • Perform unit inspections in response to maintenance requests.
  • Carry out minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and locks.
  • Grant access to units for vendors as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, maintaining a daily communication log.
  • Interact with tenants and vendors professionally and courteously, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Enforce community regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in onsite residential property management or related maintenance roles.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Gmail.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
