Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned real estate sales professional to join our team at The MORE Real Estate Group. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and collaborating with our agents to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Expand our sales region by maintaining and growing existing business opportunities within a designated geographical area.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise to turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads through continuous follow-up and communication.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to ensure all sales goals are met and our team is aligned with our objectives.
  • Client Qualification: Gather information from prospective clients, qualify them, and facilitate a seamless sales process for our agents.
Requirements
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car.
  • A real estate license or pursuit of a license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads.
