About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Client Account Manager to join our team at Riverside. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and implementing sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success in a SaaS environment managing Enterprise logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve KPIs and targets.
Compensation and Benefits:

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible remote work arrangements.
