Front Desk Hospitality Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team at Sonder Holdings, Inc. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Work collaboratively with the front desk team to manage guest interactions, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Utilize technology to enhance the guest experience, including the Sonder app and self-service features.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
- Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces.
- Support the back-of-house team as needed, including housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using customer communication software.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
