Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Representative to join our team at Endeavor Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Welcome and greet guests, manage their information, and provide assistance with room assignments and key distribution.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage room bookings, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, perform general bookkeeping, and ensure all guest account information is up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a hospitality industry role, preferably as a front desk agent or similar position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
