Job Summary

We are seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Register guests, make and modify reservations, and handle check-ins and check-outs
  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Have open availability, including weekends, holidays, and shift coverage as needed
  • Comply with property policies, standards, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Assist in emergency procedures as required
  • Deliver guest items, such as luggage, newspapers, messages, packages, and amenities
  • Maintain knowledge of property amenities, special events, local area attractions, and things to do around the hotel
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Agent experience in a hotel
  • Possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle issues or concerns effectively
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of hotel products and guest services
