Job Description

At Manpower Augusta, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute content marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and customer preferences to create compelling content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and sales to create integrated content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Write and edit engaging blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and monitor keyword rankings to improve organic search performance.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage and maintain content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across various channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify content reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Proficient in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive content optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
