Strategic Recruiting Opportunity

AINS LLC DBA OPEXUS is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Manager to join their Human Resources team. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for setting objectives and strategic direction for the recruiting team, enhancing employer branding efforts, and developing internal recruitment guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify recruitment needs and collaborate with hiring managers on effective strategies
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job ad development, screening, and selection
  • Utilize online platforms for candidate outreach and engagement
  • Establish interview criteria and assist in hiring decisions
  • Maintain relationships with hiring agencies and educational institutions
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and best practices
  • Monitor recruiting program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide training and development opportunities to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including 5 years in leadership
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certifications in talent acquisition preferred

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
