Our client is searching for a passionate and professional Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their large global law firm to be based in their Washington D.C. office.

Job Description

Communicate and collaborate with senior recruiting leads among all practice areas regarding lateral needsCorrespond with candidates and search firms regarding recruitment candidates and review candidate materialsSchedule interviewsHelp to greet and/or exit lateral interview candidatesAssist with Summer Internship ProgramCollect and distribute interview feedback to senior recruiting leadAccurately track all candidatesUpdate website with open position informationSupport coordination of judicial clerk outreach and receptionsPrepare new-hire paperworkAssist with new-hire orientation and on boardingProvide reports and statistical data as needed

The Successful Applicant
