Your Role

The Recruiter will play a vital role in our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for specific roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract highly qualified candidates across various levels.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to present the best candidates to our team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies tailored to our needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to evaluate candidates against established standards.
  • Expand your professional network to generate new talent leads.
  • Promote our employer brand to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Implement strategies to ensure a diverse workforce by hiring individuals from varied backgrounds.
  • Build connections within the community to enhance local talent acquisition.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to showcase CINQCARE's opportunities.
  • Facilitate the interview process, engaging with managers and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

General Duties

Work Environment
