Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Product Management to lead our Global Medicines team. As a key member of our Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering on our long-term global strategy for KIMMTRAK, a pioneering T-cell engager in a solid tumour.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Global Franchise Strategy: Develop and execute the KIMMTRAK franchise strategy, including additional ImmTAC molecules, new formulations, and combinations in development.
  2. Global Product Team Leadership: Lead the cross-functional KIMMTRAK Global Product Team to define and drive the strategic direction and execution of the medicine from Phase 2/3, launch, lifecycle indications through to patent expiry.
  3. Global Launch Readiness: Ensure Global Launch Readiness for new indication across all key functions (Medical Affairs, Commercial, Development, Regulatory, etc.) and geographies.
  4. Brand Strategy and Performance: Drive the KIMMTRAK execution, evolving the brand strategy based on insights and monitoring performance to KPIs agreed with the Commercial Leadership Team.
  5. Forecast and Operations Budget: Deliver forecast and operations budget continuously considering key internal and external impact, risks, and opportunities on revenue.
  6. Quarterly Business Review: Lead the quarterly business review process for KIMMTRAK and the Melanoma franchise, including implications from internal and external developments.
  7. Business Opportunities: Represent Commercial in identifying and assessing major business opportunities (internal and external) with potential for major impact on IMMUNOCORE's gp100/Melanoma Franchise long term growth / profitability.
  8. Commercial Leadership Team: Core participant in the Commercial Leadership Team to build and advance the IMMUNOCORE commercial vision, talent development, capabilities, and operations.
  9. Global Medicines Committee: Member of the Global Medicines Committee which monitors, endorses, and/or approves the strategic plans for Medicines in market or close to market for the company.
Requirements
  • Global Oncology Experience: Global Oncology experience required.
  • Late-Stage Development Experience: Experience with late-stage development (as part of GPT) required.
  • Drug Development Knowledge: Significant knowledge and experience in drug development, particularly from Phase II through life cycle management, including external sponsored research.
  • Business Case Development: Experience with business case development, brand strategy planning, market access and monitoring brand performance.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Collaborative with a strong desire to partner internally and externally to achieve shared goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, influence, and work in a complex and cross-functional environment regardless of reporting structure.
  • Team Management: Experience managing a team.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of external laws, codes and company policies that apply to the healthcare industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English.

Education and Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field (MD or PHD preferred).
