  • Drive Product Development
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define and deliver product requirements.
    • Ensure timely, quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
    • Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirement defining, specification writing, and user testing.
  • Bring Intense Customer Focus

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Measure and Report Performance

    • Report on product performance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and Support Ongoing Go-to-Market Strategies
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.

    • Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure product knowledge and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a science or technical field.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Deep knowledge of product management best practices.
    • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) research and design processes.
    • Experience driving analytics and business intelligence to inform product strategy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies or other commonly used tools.
