Job Summary

ABM Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobility Agent Supervisor to join our team at SFO International Airport. As a Mobility Agent Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mobility assistance services, ensuring that every passenger receives exceptional care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of mobility agents to achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet client demands.
  • Ensure that future schedules are complete, including days off, vacations, and call-offs.
  • Accommodate increased or decreased client staffing requests.
  • Manage employee lunches and breaks, as well as the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
  • Participate in client briefings and communicate with client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.
  • Manage daily schedules and maintain daily shift reports for managers.
  • Perform basic administrative and payroll functions, if applicable.
  • Maintain communication with Duty Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.
  • Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
  • Conduct service audits to ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Responsible for the movement of personnel between checkpoints.
  • Work with the Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
  • Set a positive, professional example for the workforce.
  • Ensure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Supervise front-line employees on designated accounts and shifts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must meet all requirements to receive a required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal.
Work Environment

The work environment has a moderate to heavy noise level. The individual may be required to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift, talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift, and lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift.
