The Mobile Project Supervisor role involves extensive travel, requiring the ability to work on-site in various locations throughout the year.

As a Mobile Project Supervisor, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission by overseeing project progress, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing schedules and budgets to meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Comprehending the full scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and managing on-site production in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining a three-week look-ahead schedule and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitating the safety program by conducting inspections and organizing safety meetings.
  • Keeping daily reports on project progress and submitting them to the Project Manager.
  • Reviewing and complying with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Documenting project progress through photos and maintaining close-out data.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized job site with effective housekeeping practices.
  • Managing quality control by verifying equipment and materials.
  • Building relationships with government and management personnel.
  • Addressing punch list items promptly and securing necessary approvals.
  • Utilizing software tools effectively.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and meeting pre-employment requirements.
  • Passing background checks for access to specific sites.

This position may be suitable for you if you possess:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in commercial, industrial, or military construction, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in project scheduling and a solid understanding of critical path methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective information sharing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A forklift license (preferred).
  • A certification in first aid CPR (preferred).
  • Completion of the 30-hour OSHA training program for a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam software.
  • Familiarity with iPad usage for various tasks within the role.
