Core Responsibilities of the Veterinarian:

  • Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for elderly and terminally ill pets
  • Assist families in making compassionate end-of-life decisions for their pets
  • Establish relationships with local veterinary clinics, enhancing their exceptional care

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Capable of walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, stooping, standing, and reaching consistently throughout the workday
  • Comfortable with extended periods of driving
  • Exhibit manual dexterity and fine motor skills while using medical instruments

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
