Position Overview

Join Our Team as a Mobile Wellness Specialist

Are you passionate about health and wellness? As a Mobile Wellness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals on their health journeys. You will provide essential support and guidance, celebrating successes and offering encouragement during challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through our mobile services, visiting various community locations to deliver health assessments.
  • Conduct DEXA scans and provide personalized health insights, fostering meaningful connections with clients.
  • Manage events from setup to completion, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a positive experience for all participants.
  • Occasionally assist with customer service and sales support through remote communication channels.
  • Perform general maintenance and administrative tasks related to equipment and service delivery.
  • Support additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A background in personal training, health coaching, or related fields is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • A genuine desire to help others achieve their health goals with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
  • Comfortable with driving and maintaining mobile units, as well as performing hands-on tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and engage with diverse populations.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs as necessary.
