Position Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Event Sales Manager to enhance our offerings within the corporate sector. Our unique experiences provide companies and groups with exceptional opportunities to learn, celebrate, and foster connections. In this role, you will focus on expanding our presence among businesses and organizations in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) and Corporate Gifting sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and secure accounts across various corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Collaborate with our Production team to create tailored experiences that meet specific client requirements.
  • Work closely with customer care and delivery teams to ensure seamless distribution of Tasting Kits to participants.
  • Stay informed about our diverse portfolio of experiences, winemakers, and wine regions globally.
  • Engage in training and certification on the Château de Pommard experiences platform.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with partners to enhance marketing and sales of Private Experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly with businesses and large groups.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Certification in wine education (WSET Level 2+, Certified Sommelier, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in developing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
  • Experience in building partnerships to drive sales in MICE and Corporate Gifting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a resilient mindset.
