Job Description

As a key member of the Nexus T-Squared Social NY LLC team, the Event Sales Manager will oversee event planning and preparations for marketing and sales purposes. This role will manage the Event Coordinator and handle contracts with suppliers and third-party vendors for equipment and materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing membership numbers and ensuring member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with T-Squared Social members to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Organize event sales for groups of 10 or more.
  • Develop and implement in-store and social media marketing strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and managing membership records.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and event management.
  • Several years of experience working with membership programs.
  • Data entry skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent presentation and phone skills, with an outgoing personality.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work a minimum of hours per week.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
