Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Orchestration Lead to join our team at Truist. As a key member of our Personalization team, you will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of real-time marketing offers in authenticated client and teammate channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that increase acquisition, retention, profitability, and cross-sell of clients across Truist's product lines.
  • Develop digital marketing channels and tactics to increase product adoption and utilization.
  • Collaborate with lines of business and marketing strategists to support product-specific programs that achieve LOB goals through digital marketing strategies.
  • Leverage web analytics and performance data to develop and refine digital marketing programs, improve conversion rates, and enhance client experiences across digital devices.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive environments, and emerging technologies to ensure Truist remains at a competitive advantage.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, practices, theories, and methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects or project work streams and working as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA and previous experience in the banking industry.
  • Experience developing digital marketing programs that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply agile marketing methodologies and processes to large enterprise, cross-functional teams.
