Job Summary

The Business Account Executive is a key role within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new customers and develop a territory plan to expand the customer base
  • Sell bundled services to new customers and achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Generate all sales leads through various prospecting tactics and work every lead from initial contact to sale
  • Develop and implement a Territory Plan to expand the customer base within their assigned territory
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outside sales experience in a high-transaction, short-closing cycle model
  • Business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets
Working Conditions

Office environment and/or outside environment with exposure to inclement weather

Exposure to moderate noise levels
