Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to generate appointments and drive sales
- Maintain a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule in our customer database
- Make outbound calls to invite prospects to the dealership for service and sales opportunities
- Contact customers for retention and loyalty opportunities, including service reminders and vehicle upgrades
- Ensure customer records are consistently updated and accurate
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; automotive experience not required
- Friendly and approachable, with a natural ability to connect with customers and foster lasting relationships
