Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent. As a key member of our team, you will create a memorable first impression for our guests, providing a warm welcome and a source of knowledge for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Your role will involve interacting with all guests, assisting with check-in, and ensuring each guest has a personalized experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the entrance area and working collaboratively with other attendants to achieve our high standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and be able to work a flexible schedule. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for driving our 12-passenger shuttle van, so a valid driver's license is required.
