Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Transaction Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring financial transactions and statements are completed timely, accurately, and properly supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable payment requests, journal entries, internal departmental, and external billing requests.
  • Work closely with the Auxiliary Services Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Report financial results to the Vice President for Finance and Administration's office according to prescribed procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
