Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute pre-examination tasks such as measuring vital signs, gathering patient history, and conducting initial evaluations.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, manage patient documentation, and facilitate communications.
  • Administer routine laboratory tests and provide medications as directed.
  • Ensure examination rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic.
  • Assist patients to ensure a comfortable visit to the clinic.
  • Collaborate closely with clinic personnel to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in neurology, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.
