Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pre-examination tasks including measuring vital signs, gathering patient history, and conducting initial evaluations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, maintain patient records, and facilitate communication.
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and administer medications as directed.
  • Ensure examination rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the clinic.
  • Provide assistance to patients to ensure a comfortable visit.
  • Collaborate closely with clinic personnel to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in neurology, is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.
