Position Overview
The Hotel Zamora, a distinguished boutique establishment, is in search of a skilled Overnight Guest Services Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless overnight operations while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates guest check-in and check-out processes, confirming reservations and payment details.
  • Utilizes kiosk systems to assist guests as needed.
  • Handles incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Addresses guest inquiries and resolves issues in a courteous manner.
  • Collaborates with department heads to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Processes payments and manages guest accounts accurately.
  • Oversees nightly hotel operations, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced and discrepancies are addressed.
  • Generates daily reports for management review and compiles statistical data for accounting purposes.
  • Investigates and documents any service or safety concerns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Familiarizes with emergency protocols to ensure guest safety during critical situations.
  • Performs additional duties as required to support hotel operations.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, particularly in front office or accounting roles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact in a multilingual environment.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Sherman Associates.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
