Accountant Role at Premier Health Group

The ideal candidate for this Junior Accountant position will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen eye for detail. As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial data integrity.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial statements.
  • Process invoices and payments, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents for management review and approval.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience, with a strong preference for recent graduates or entry-level professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
