Key Responsibilities
  • Process full cycle, high volume accounts payable for multiple field units and departments
  • Verify paperwork compliance with SA policies and internal controls
  • General ledger account coding of vouchers
  • Correspond with vendors or field units/departments
  • Perform various journal entries and subsidiary ledger reconciliations
  • Assist with internal and external audits and other projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SQL reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and deadline-driven
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on Saturdays and additional hours as necessary.
