Billing Specialist Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team at Vaco. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and delivering invoices and accounts receivable statements to clients, ensuring that time entries are complete prior to the start of billing cycles, and following the firm's billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and deliver invoices and accounts receivable statements to clients
  • Ensure that time entries are complete prior to the start of billing cycles
  • Follow the firm's billing processes
  • Answer incoming questions from clients regarding open account balances and billing issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of billing experience
  • Strong typing and data entry skills, including 10-key
  • BASIC knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with time and billing systems
