About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Specialist to join our Global Salesforce team as a Sales Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of providing presales technical and functional expertise to support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver advanced level demonstrations of Salesforce solutions tailored to specific use cases based on client requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to understand their business challenges and future objectives, and present on how Salesforce can be used to solve those challenges.
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, as well as the art of what's possible during presentations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to less experienced consultants while managing demo build projects.
  • Contribute to RFx solution content and curate and maintain developed assets to create GTM strategies.
  • Provide insight in advanced business analysis to billable projects, conduct needs assessments, and configure apps as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions application design.
  • Skilled in analyzing RFXs requirements and determining use cases to meet client needs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of consultant experience in the public sector is ideal.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Excellent people skills - able to work with teams of varying sizes, technical abilities, and all levels of authority internally and externally.
  • Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities – able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
