Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to enhance our guest experience. The Bartender plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service, creating genuine connections with guests from their arrival to their departure. Your responsibilities will include understanding guest preferences while skillfully crafting beverages promptly. This position requires agility and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they enter or navigate the bar area.
- Ensure the bar is properly stocked and set up each day.
- Assist guests in their beverage selections through engaging descriptions of the menu.
- Accurately take orders and confirm any special requests.
- Demonstrate expertise in bar operations, enhancing guest interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow restaurant staff and kitchen/bar personnel.
- Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Present bills accurately and in a timely manner to conclude the guest experience.
- Manage inventory and restock beer, wine, and spirits as needed.
- Oversee the preparation and storage of fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables to maintain quality.
- Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes while practicing portion control.
- Input orders into the point-of-sale system and generate checks for guests.
- Secure all beverages, food, and equipment, handling cash drops and banking procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Previous bartending experience is essential.
- Proficient in understanding verbal English for basic guest interactions.
- Ability to read and comprehend written English for safety and caution notices.
- Capable of lifting and transporting up to 75 lbs. in a busy environment.
- Able to maneuver goods weighing up to 200 lbs. using a hand cart or truck.
- A combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the required skills. A high school diploma is preferred.
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to specific standards.
