Position Summary: The Senior Account Executive will manage a portfolio of mid-sized pop culture accounts, focusing on creative content development, account oversight, and activation strategies. This role demands a proactive account leader capable of delivering inventive solutions, crafting insightful presentations, and addressing client and team challenges while ensuring the financial viability of the accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships across brands and with partner agencies.
  • Collaborate with leaders from various specialty practices (Influencer/Talent, Strategy, Branded Content, Entertainment, Sports, and Experiential) to deliver exceptional insights for each client project.
  • Drive innovative strategies for each client/brand, integrating UEG's unique market positioning to create award-winning programs and high-quality execution.
  • Act as a leading voice in inter-agency meetings, representing UEG and steering all UEG-managed workstreams alongside client-paid, PR, and digital agencies.
  • Oversee account financials in collaboration with the Business Manager, including pricing, staffing, statement of work development, and client procurement processes.
  • Engage in ongoing business development and growth within the portfolio, leveraging key client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Manage team dynamics, focusing on the professional development of direct reports through career planning, goal setting, and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the industry, showcasing strong examples of account leadership and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the social and digital landscape, including influencer marketing strategies and content management.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics for sizable accounts to ensure quality work and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a talent for mentoring and enhancing the capabilities of agency talent.
  • A genuine passion for pop culture, insights, and trends.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $156,000 annually, with compensation based on various factors including education, experience, and performance metrics. Additional benefits may include annual bonuses and a comprehensive Paid Time Off policy.
