Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- As a Sales Account Manager at Epos Now Group, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary focus will be on maximizing customer loyalty and retention by delivering exceptional service and value to key customers.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Account Manager. As a member of our sales department, you will be responsible for growing the product adoption and overall success of our customers with a turnover ranging from 1m - 5m. You will need to understand your customers' exact needs and collaborate with your partners to create a solution using Epos Now products that allows their business to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the mid-market segment through self-generation lead generation and actively utilizing current direct lead flows.
- Client Engagement: Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprises to deliver exceptional service and value.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product or suite of products being offered, ensuring you are fully up-to-speed with all products and future roadmaps and releases.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the SaaS solution.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with the product development and support teams to overcome client concerns or potential blockers, ensuring proposed solutions align with the client's business goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strategic Account Management: Foster and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, objectives, growth potential, and challenges.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each customer, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and service to enhance customer satisfaction and address evolving business needs.
