Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Florida

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing business across the Florida territory. This position focuses on key distributors within the welding, industrial, safety, construction, and oilfield channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects and expand customer contacts
  • Build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams
  • Create a territory plan that optimizes call routes and maximizes time in the field
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to utilize and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive profitable growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or 5 years prior experience selling for an industrial distributor or industrial manufacturer
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient with all Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
