We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Senior Star. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and their guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling resident requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident information and communication logs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of front desk experience, preferably in senior living or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
