Front Desk Staff Job Description

Eastern Sports Management is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Staff to join our team at the Titan Sports & Performance Center. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet guests and provide information about services and activities at the property.
  • Registration and Payment: Complete registration process for services/activities offered at the property and process payments in accordance with property standard procedures.
  • Communication: Display strong verbal communication skills and maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information.
  • Technology: Operate front desk technology, including multi-line phone systems, barcode scanners, and windows-based workstations.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: No prior experience or training is required, but guest-facing experience is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate services and activities offered in English, with other language skills desirable.
  • Mathematical Skills: Calculate total payment amounts and/or change with or without technology.
  • Computer Skills: Use of a windows-based workstation and peripheral equipment is required.
Work Environment:

The Front Desk Staff is normally indoors in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment, with a loud noise level. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
