Front Desk Supervisor

Osage Casino is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the front desk, valet/transportation, and reservations for guests.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train front desk agents, houseperson, and valet/transportation staff
- Participate in scheduling and workload management
- Ensure high standards of guest service levels and response times
- Resolve guest problems quickly and effectively
- Enforce cash and credit handling procedures
- Ensure staff is on time and in correct uniform
- Work with Housekeeping Supervisor to resolve guest room status and other related issues
- Promote a high level of customer service at all times
- Produce and submit various reports
- Perform duties of subordinates as needed
- At least 18 years of age
- 6 months work experience in hotel front desk required
- Ability to obtain an ABLE liquor license
- 1 year of supervisory experience in guest relations, hotel liaison preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain an Osage Nation Gaming license
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to provide documents to show eligibility to work in the United States
- Work is generally performed in a Casino Hotel setting
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to high
- Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required
