Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

At Osage Casino, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the front desk, valet/transportation, and reservations for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk agents, houseperson, and valet/transportation staff.
  • Participate in the selection, training, and scheduling of front office staff.
  • Ensure excellent guest service levels and response times to guest issues and guest interaction.
  • Resolve guest problems quickly, effectively, and courteously.
  • Enforce all cash and credit handling procedures.
  • Ensure staff is on time and in correct uniform.
  • Work with Housekeeping Supervisor regarding guest room status, discrepancy reports, communication problems, guest issues, public cleanliness, and other related issues.
  • Promote a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Produce and submit various reports.
  • Perform duties of subordinates as needed.
  • Contribute to a team effort and accomplish related results as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Six months work experience in Hotel front desk required.
  • Required to obtain an ABLE liquor license.
  • One year of supervisory experience in guest relations, hotel liaison preferred.
  • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming license.
  • Required to maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
  • Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.
  • Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is generally performed in a Casino Hotel setting.
  • Noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
  • Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.
  • Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
