Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage room assignments, key cards, and other guest-related tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
