Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Help Desk Support professional to provide exceptional technical assistance. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in supporting end-users, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office applications. This position entails troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, as well as managing user accounts within Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support for Microsoft Dynamics:
  • Deliver daily support and troubleshooting for users of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Address technical challenges related to the Dynamics platform to ensure optimal functionality.
2. User Account Management in Microsoft Azure AD:
  • Oversee user account creation and management within Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Administer access rights, security configurations, and user roles in Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Procurement of Computer Systems:
  • Evaluate, recommend, and acquire new PCs based on organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery and installation of hardware.
4. PC Configuration and Support:
  • Install and configure new PCs, including hardware and software setup, as well as network integration.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PC-related issues to minimize downtime.
5. Support for Microsoft Office Applications:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Facilitate training sessions or develop documentation to enhance user proficiency with Office applications.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in an IT support capacity, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and user account management.
  • Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting PCs, including both hardware and software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service.
